Cheez TV The First Time

Tim McEwen is a feature film storyboard and concept artist, illustrator, cartoonist, graphic designer and comic book creator, and has been professionally published since he was 17 years old.

His most notable comic book creation is Greener Pastures (with Michael Michalandos), which stars the naïve and loveable stud bull Trevor Bovis. Multi-award winning, internationally distributed and having featured in 12 exhibitions internationally, it has fans worldwide. A new 200+ page Greener Pastures graphic novel is currently in the works. 

Tim has been involved in Australian comics since the 1980s as creator, publisher, distributor, event organiser, commentator, educator, reviewer, advocate and more, including co-founding Australia’s largest comic con (Supanova Comic-Con & Gaming), and reestablishing the Ledger Awards for excellence in Australian comics. He has taught comics creation, history and theory at university, primary and secondary schools, privately and in workshops. 

Tim’s the proud father of two grown-up kids and has an understanding wife who hasn't thrown out his collection of 10,000 comic books. He resides in Sydney, Australia.
